• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been received and an official confirmation has been issued.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing all booking details before travel.
• Please notify us immediately if you discover any errors in your reservation.

3. Prices & Payments

• Prices are subject to change until your booking has been confirmed.
• Some services require full payment while others may allow deposits.
• Payment schedules depend on the requirements of airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through another official communication channel recognized by WE Travel & Tours.

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the specific travel package, airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, or other travel supplier associated with your booking. Each package may have its own terms, conditions, penalties, and eligibility for refunds.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing the cancellation and refund policy applicable to their selected package before confirming their booking.
• Refund eligibility, cancellation charges, and applicable fees are determined by the terms and conditions of the respective travel suppliers.
• Some promotional fares, discounted packages, special offers, and other selected bookings may be non-refundable, non-transferable, or subject to cancellation penalties.
• If a refund is approved, processing times will vary depending on the policies and procedures of the applicable travel supplier, airline, hotel, financial institution, or payment provider.
• Any non-refundable service fees, processing fees, bank charges, taxes, or administrative fees may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, identification cards, vaccination certificates, and any documents required by their destination.

WE Travel & Tours is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or travel disruptions resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documents.

6. Visa Assistance

Our visa assistance service includes guidance and document preparation support only. Visa approval or denial is solely determined by the respective embassy or consulate.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, flight delays, and other unforeseen events.

Airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers may modify schedules, accommodations, routes, or services without prior notice.

WE Travel & Tours will make every reasonable effort to notify clients of significant changes but cannot be held liable for changes made by third-party providers.
